Ter­ra­Pol Salz&SoleGrotte (salt and brine grotto)

In the Salz&SoleGrotte Bad Salzuflen (salt and brine grotto)  - located directly in the Kurgastzentrum - you can breathe salty air like at the seaside. It is a room lined with around 20 tons of crystal salt from the salt mountains in Pakistan and salt from the Dead Sea. This and 3 small salt pans create a microclimate similar to that of the sea or a salt healing tunnel.

In 45-minute sessions, you relax to soothing music and a pleasant play of light. Meanwhile, you breathe in the health-promoting salt air, which not only has a positive effect on the respiratory tract, but also on the skin and your general state of well-being.
